Terms & Policies

TUITION:

Tuition will be charged on a monthly basis and is due 48 hours before the first lesson of each month. Students must pay for the number of lessons available in that month.

To ensure your place at a workshop full tuition must be paid 1 week before the beginning of the term.

Art materials:

All art materials, such as paints, brushes, pencils, and paper should be supplied by the students. We will provide you with information on which materials you need to buy and advise you where to get them.

absences:

Private Lessons: If a student cannot attend a regular lesson, please call at least 48 hours ahead so that the lesson can be rescheduled. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded. In case of inclement weather an interactive online session will be offered as a make-up lesson.

Workshops: No make-up lessons will be given unless a workshop is rescheduled for all participants.

parents:

As this is a teaching environment, parents should not remain in the studio during art lessons.

Please arrive for your lessons on time. If you arrive late, the time allotted for the lesson will not be extended.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made 2 weeks before the beginning of a session/term will receive a refund, except $25 cancellation fee.

Cancellation made less than 2 weeks before the beginning of a session/term will receive no refund.
